TROUBLE - PLASTIC GREEN HEAD (1995)

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Yet another offering from TROUBLE, this time their sixth album, (the ridiculously titled) Plastic Green Head. It's a solid album - if not as consistent as Manic Frustration, it continues in the same experimental vein. Highlights include the half-ballad "Requiem" and a cover of the MONKEES' (yeah, the MONKEES) "Porpoise Song". Lowlights are the uncharacteristically profanity-laden (and pointless) skit that precedes the BEATLES cover "Tomorrow Never Knows", as well as the cover itself. All the originals here are very strong, making it one of TROUBLE's more memorable albums.

1. Plastic Green Head
2. The Eye
3. Flowers
4. Porpoise Song
5. Opiate-Eater
6. Hear the Earth
7. Another Day
8. Requiem
9. Below Me
10. Long Shadows Fall
11. Tomorrow Never Knows
12. Till the End of Time
