I'm back, fuckers! Thanks for sticking around. I don't have a whole lot to say that I didn't mention on the show, but I do apologize for the lengthy high-atus (© The Good Captain). I've had a lot going on, guys. Hell, you all know how it is, the GOMIES are the sharpest bunch of bad motherfuckers in the world! Sometimes, life gets in the way of rockin' and takin' it to the people. It SHOULDN'T, but it does. So I'm not gonna make any more promises I can't keep. My sole vow to you, the G.O.M.E. Faithful, is that I will try my absolute DAMNEDEST to have a new show for you every week.

I think this week's show is pretty solid, though you already know if I didn't like it, I wouldn't play it. I think back to Cheeto saying he burned each show for his feline friends. He can't be the only cat doing that, so this week's installment is all about positive energy. It's getting warmer outside, at least in my neck of the woods, so this is rock & roll to light a grill to. Drink some beers or corn whiskey. Roll up your secret "special occasions" stash. Plug in and come up with some rockin' shit for The Elevator Sessions. And make sure you let Matias know how much you appreciate his hard work. If it wasn't for him, G.O.M.E. would've faded away long ago. He's kept us alive and thriving and kicking ass with steel-toed Argentinean boots!

Better late than never, right? Gomies (© Mighty Matias), your humble host has found himself in ill health over the past couple weeks. I apologize not only for the tardiness of the show, but for the questionable quality of this one. For almost two weeks, I medicated my broken ribs with the finest greens and Knob Creek (100 proof) bourbon. I avoided painkillers to the absolute best of my ability. Ultimately, I had to throw some Vicodin in the mix in order to mend my tattered bones. Of course, I also kept the greens at hand and upgraded my bourbon to Booker's (124 proof). Consider ER#007 a PSA telling you why you should never do that.

Expect some more records this week. Matias and I have both been slacking lately.

Yes, I finally quit being lazy and put together the launch of ELEVATED RADIO. I always enjoy traveling with the good Cap'n on an Inner-Head Flight, and I'm also digging Rinjo's S2S podcasts, so I decided it was finally time to throw the G.O.M.E. hat in the podcasting ring. I need to get more comfortable speaking, but things will smooth themselves out with some practice. One highlight (or lowlight, as the case may be) of the podcast is my slow descent into full-blown stoned drunkenness. Hope you guys enjoy it. I'm going to do my absolute best to post a new podcast every Monday, so keep checking back. Also, I've uploaded it to ZShare, so you can download, stream, or both by clicking the link below.
