Awesome edition..You just get better at these all the time. Great song selection! I just wish all the other 30+ people who have downloaded this at the time would let you know that..Much respects, brother Jack.....
hey man, can you please re-upload the colourhaze records? i cant seem to finde them anywhere but here. thanks and keep up the good work. the COC EP kicks!! cheers from brazil
Cheeto is right... I gotta give major props on the podcast/show/trip that is Elevated Radio. I missed a couple of them somehow, but I'm working on rectifying that situation. I'm pretty picky about the music I listen to, but Elevated Radio always seems to hit the spot (and it's great music to just chill out and get drunk/stoned to).
It seems like every time I listen to one, I think "How the fuck did I not know about this band?"... haha. Champagne Minivan and Sir Hedgehog are just a few of the cool bands that I've discovered thanks to your blog (by the way... ever heard of Sir Lord Baltimore? You probably have... great 70's rock band. The name Sir Hedgehog reminded me of 'em, ha)
rafael, If you want those Colour Haze ones now, I have most of their discography on our blog. Just type "Colour Haze" in the search box.
Big Jack, I'm doing a reader-submitted mixes thing right now, and am getting some awesome mixes and compilations from the people and fellow bloggers. How about you submitting one for us to post? Interested?
HUGE THANKS to Cheeto and BHS. Yeah, shitloads of people DL the show, but very few step up and say "hey, that was a great fuckin' show" or "check it out, here's what you could do better...". I do the show for cats like Matias, the Swamp crew, Slik, Hook, Mercenario, the Good Cap'n, Rinjo, Jimmy Morbid, Nails, Black Hole Son, Masterburner, and all the folks I'm drunkenly overlooking. When I see you guys post a kind word, I try to reciprocate. Sometimes I miss you, and for that I apologize.
I don't troll for comments. I know the world is full of leeches and cunts, and that cyperspace is not immune to these parasites. I do the show because I enjoy turning good people onto good music. Matias and I run G.O.M.E. for the same reason.
Responses like Cheeto's and BHS's make it all worth it.
So many excellent tracks in this podcast... It's hard to pick favorites! I dug that funky number by The Bakerton Group... Enjoyed the Lemmy-like vocals of the Earthride track... Was happy to hear the old-school heaviosity of Buffalo... And who was that on the very last track doing a Brian Eno cover?
Cap-- Haha, yeah, that's Josh, man. It's the first b-side on the new single. It took me by surprise, because I included the rest on the EV Pocket Companion months ago. Makes me wonder what else they have stashed in the vaults...?
The files posted on G.O.M.E. are hosted for a limited time only, and are by no means intended to be an alternative to purchasing CDs. While the large majority of music offered by G.O.M.E. falls into the Rare/OOP/H2F category, the occasional album is still commercially available, and G.O.M.E. encourages the lawful purchase of these recordings.

We are few, but we are well-armed.

Cap-- I would've given you credit for a better ear, my man. HAHA! That's QOTSA!
QOTSA! I totally didn't hear that... I need to listen to that song again... Was that Homme on vocals?
