You may wonder what Nick has been doing all this time... well, among other things, making this acoustic home record...some well known songs, (I love Misfits's cover) ..enjoy Nick as his best..
01. Start A Fight 02. Invisible Like The Sky 03. Dairy Queen 04. I'm Gonna Leave You 05. Love Has Passed Me By 06. U Blow 07. Hybrid Moments 08. Unless I Can Kill 09. Follow Me 10. Outlaw Scumfuc
Highlights are Dairy Queen, Love has passed me by, Hybrid moments & Outlaw Scumfuck. All Nick at his best. The rest seems lost in poor production or arrangement. Demolition Day still remains Nick's acoustic best. A nice 'filler' till the new Mondo Generator album reguardless. Thanks for the upload!
Hate to say it but this really sucks. Maybe if he'd played the songs at a slightly slower tempo and used a better sounding guitar this would have been worth keeping. Thanks for sharing this with us, Matias. Sometimes it's important to hear what is wrong with music to appreciate what is right.
I saw this guy yesterday at the berlin show. wow! he played green machine solo on acoustic guitar and it sounded great! also some qotsa/dwarves/mondo generator songs. if you get the chance to see him live, go for it!
The files posted on G.O.M.E. are hosted for a limited time only, and are by no means intended to be an alternative to purchasing CDs. While the large majority of music offered by G.O.M.E. falls into the Rare/OOP/H2F category, the occasional album is still commercially available, and G.O.M.E. encourages the lawful purchase of these recordings.
